The Alchemy of Writing-- fully embodied expression

In response to questions about ‘The Alchemy of Writing’ 1. 5 day workshop, Oct. 16-17, in Nelson BC

This deeply creative and evolutionary way of writing is both relational and fully embodied.
Which means that I am calling you out of isolation and separation, out of your mental energy, out of your head. Into a collective consciousness, and into the body.

Where you can support the flowering of your individuation as you rest in the openness of presence.

In the workshop you are more than welcome to bring your computer and work on that.

I encourage people to do both kinds of writing.

The writing with pen and paper, and writing on the computer use different parts of our brain and different capacities.

In the workshop we will be alternating between guided contemplations, inquiries, dialogue, and writing periods.

We start with shorter writing periods to encourage a real flow, and then move into longer periods.

You will also do dyads with partners in which you read your writing out loud. There is feedback and inquiry with your partner but no criticism.
This is an important part of the process- to hear our writing out loud
